Nigig, LLC dba UbiCash, a tribal lending entity wholly owned by the Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indian Tribe of Wisconsin, a federally recognized Indian nation (the Tribe) operates within the interior boundary of the Tribe's reservation. This is an expensive form of borrowing. UbiCash loans are designed to help you meet your short-term borrowing needs and are not intended to be a long term financial solution. Examples of emergency reasons why these loans might be used include unexpected emergencies, car repair bills, medical care for you and your family. Alternative forms of credit, such as a credit card, personal loan, home equity line of credit, or borrowing from a friend or relative, may be less expensive and more suitable for your financial needs. Late fees and non-sufficient funds/returned item fees may apply as described in your Loan Agreement. Our fees are disclosed in your loan agreement. We will never charge you any "hidden fees" that are not fully disclosed in the Loan Agreement.
First-time UbiCash customers typically qualify for an installment loan of $200 to $600, with an APR of 529% to 659%, which can be less than the average APR for a payday loan in many states. Maximum loan approval amount is $1000 for returning customers. Certain limitations apply and please see Terms and Conditions for complete details.
Applications processed and approved before 5:00pm Eastern Time are typically funded the next business day. In some cases, we may not be able to verify your application information and may ask you to provide certain documents.
We do not always lend in every state. Our states of operation change frequently, please check back periodically to see if we are doing business in your state. Currently, among some other states, we do not offer UbiCash loans to customers in Arkansas, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Washington, D.C.
We adhere to the principles of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Because we may report your payment history to one or more credit bureaus and/or credit reporting agencies, late or non-payment of your loan may negatively impact your credit ratings. If you fail to repay your loan in accordance with its terms, we may place your loan with a third-party collection agency or other company that acquires and/or collects delinquent consumer debt.
